Gain STLF Experience with the High School Tour!
Experience PIF Again While Building Your Leadership Skills
The High School PIF Tour is an amazing way to become more involved in STLF and to further your personal leadership developement. The HS PIF Tour's leadership is comprised of five or six College-Age Core members (two Co-Facilitators and three or four Core Leaders). In addition, one or two adult community members are present on the Tour, and can serve as a support and resource.
College-Age Core Leader Responsibilities:
- To be in a support role for the Co-Facilitators.
- To lead a small group (Core) of high school students in nightly discussion. This is similar to the purpose of an Accountability Partner on the College Tour.
- To be an example and in a mentorship role for the students throughout the Tour.
- To positively reflect STLF.
