Register Online for the First STLF Middle School Pay It Forward Tour!

STLF is now offering an easy and convenient three step online registration process for the Middle School Pay it Forward Tour. Please note that traditional paper registration packet (visit main MS Tour Page for packet link) will also be available to print and also through each school planning a Tour.

1. Make Payment Online - The first step in online registration is making the payment. All payments are managed by Paypal, either through a Paypal Account or a Credit Card. You will have the option to make a down payment, full payment, or final payment through the Payments Page. Once your payment is complete, follow the link "Return to Students Today Leaders Forever" where you will be directed to a page to complete your Registration Form.
(Note: Online Payments are charged a small Credit Card Processing Fee.)

2. Complete Registration Form - Complete the online High School Tour Registration Form. Once information is submitted you will be directed to a Confirmation Page.

3. Confirmation / Download Additional Forms - A Participant Waiver, Safety and Participation Requirements, and Health Information Form can be downloaded, printed, and completed. [Forms Packet]
